Bill provides a full range of financial and analytical advisory services to real estate investors, developers, landlords, users and lenders that enable them to expeditiously make fully informed and intelligent real estate decisions amid today’s complex and dynamic real estate environment.

 

Over his 30+ year career, Bill has held senior executive positions with several of the world’s largest and most prestigious commercial real estate firms where he has managed the acquisition, disposition, development, or financing over $12B of real estate assets. His two most recent positions were as 1) a managing director for a portfolio company of Blackstone that acquired ~120MM SF of industrial properties and sold for ~ $8B where he started and managed the finance and accounting divisions, and 2) a chief investment officer/chief financial officer for a $1B multifamily operator and investment firm that partnered with prominent institutions that included BlackRock, AIG, AEW, PIMCO, GE Capital, Crow Holdings, and Bridge. Bill’s other professional experience included positions as a c-level manager and/or principal with prominent full-service real estate firms (including CBRE and Cushman Wakefield predecessors), a senior-level manager/principal with major real estate investment/development firms, and a member of a Big 8 accounting firm.

 

He graduated magna cum laude from Duke and has held or currently holds the following professional designations: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Real Property Administrator, CA Real Estate Broker

and IL Real Estate Managing Broker.
