Maurice Philogene
Managing Partner, Client Relations
Maurice is a Co-Founder of Quattro Capital. He is responsible for cultivating investor relationships and raising capital to fund the acquisition of Quattro properties. He ensures relationships with investors, the company, and the property are the best fit to maximize the experience and opportunity. He communicates with investors to keep them abreast of current and upcoming investments. He has oversight responsibility for the firm and collaborates across the firm to ensure strategic growth. Helping people. He’s built for it. Whether serving our country in his military role, serving his local community as a police officer, doing philanthropy work overseas, or advising Quattro investors, helping people is a part of who he is. These are roles he chooses, on purpose. Maurice spends most of his time with investors, by design. His fundamental belief is that money invested is a representation of long hours spent to create it. As such, he spends time with investors on how to apply that hard work towards financial freedom, time freedom to live life by their own design. His aim is ensuring investors are connected to the right project to meet their life related goals. Living life unapologetically is Maurice’s “why”. He entered the real estate path in 2003 at age 23 by purchasing 10 properties. By 2014, he had gained his freedom by creating more passive income than his corporate salary. He continued his personal growth journey to build a legacy for his family and positively impact others. This led to multi-family real estate in 2015 and a burning desire to help people escape ‘the matrix’ faster than he did. Mr. Philogene has a passion for real estate, helping others succeed, and leveraging experiences to improve life, help communities, and provide the income to invest for more passive income. As a means to “Try Life On”, Maurice maintained 3 parallel careers for two decades. He was a 25-year Senior Executive for global management consulting firm Accenture, a 22-year Special Agent (Lt. Colonel), running field offices for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations worldwide, and a 15-year midnight police officer in the DC area in order to give back to the local community. Yes - all at the same time! Today, his 25+ year real estate career has garnered him complete financial freedom, control of his time, and flexibility in his location. He controls well over 2100+ single family homes, apartments, and mobile home communities across 10 states. He is also developing property in the Mediterranean region (simply to immerse in local culture as a part of a different business experience). Maurice holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information and Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
