Jeff has over 35 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in development, redevelopment, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, advisory services, and leasing. 

 

Jeff is a founding partner of MDI West Properties and Realty Banker since 2001.  Prior to 2001, he was a Vice President of Development for the then, publicly traded, Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for creating and executing a new retail shopping center development and investment program throughout the Western region. Prior to Trammell Crow, Jeff was the Vice President of Development and Leasing for LandGrant Development and responsible for an in-house leasing program and the development of multiple retail shopping center projects in California and Nevada. Jeff has been directly involved in over $500M in transactions including partnerships with institutional investment companies such as Ohio STRS, Wells Fargo, Radnor Corporation, JER Partners, Opus Corporation as well as other private companies and family offices.  Jeff’s prior professional experience also included a position with Colliers International as a commercial real estate broker.

 

Jeff has also served on multiple real estate boards over his career including The Urban Land Institute and currently holds a board position on a Real Estate Advisory board at San Diego State University.
